Step 1. Run the software and connect two devices to Mac
First of all, run Wondershare MobileTrans for Mac on your Mac. Take out USB cables to connect your two devices to Mac with USB cables. The devices can be an Android phone or tablet, iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Once recognized, your devices will show up in the window.
Note: iTunes should be installed to guarantee Wondershare MobileTrans works properly. Now, Wondershare MobileTrans is compatible with iTunes 11 and later.
Step 2. Transfer content from one device to phone in 1 click
As you see, the content you can transfer are listed in the middle, like contacts, text messages, photos, music, etc. Just tick your wanted ones and click Start Copy. The transfer process begins. Be sure not to disconnect either device. When it’s completed, click OK, the content will be on your destination device.
How to Backup Android Phone/iDevice Data to the Computer
At first, launch MobileTrans for Mac on your Mac. Use a USB cable to connect the phone or tablet that you want to backup data from to Mac.
In the primary window, click Back Up Your Phone to show the backup window. As you see, your wanted phone will be displayed on the left panel. Tick the content you want to backup and then click Start Copy.
How to Restore Phone from the Saved Backup
After running MobileTrans for Mac, you can connect your phone/tablet to Mac. Click Restore from Backups > Restore. You get a drop-down menu,which asks hou to choose one kind of saved backups. So far, you can choose to restore from MobileTrans backup, BlackBerry backup, or iTunes backups.
Note:It's compatible with BlackBerry® Desktop Software V7.0, V7.1. and BlackBerry phones that are running on OS 7.1 and easier versions.
1. Go to the folder containing Wondershare MobileTrans .
2. Drag MobileTrans to the Trash icon in the Dock. You'll need administrative rights if it's installed in your Applications folder.
3. Remove MobileTrans icon from your Dock, simply drag it out of the Dock with your mouse.
