User Interface

The main page of TunesGo software has 6 modules (active areas) where you can operate.

1. GET MUSIC: Discover music by finding on TunesGo or searching on YouTube; Download music from YouTube; And record any music from streaming sites as well as online radio.

2. ITUNES LIBRARY (Or MUSIC LIBRARY): Includes all the content present in your iTunes Library by type, such as Music, Movies, Playlists etc..

3. DEVICE: Shows the devices connected to TunesGo and their content, and some shortcuts for transferring music.

4. TOOLBOX: Allows performing various functions like library clean up, rebuilding of iTunes Library, and removing DRM and others.

5. Setting Toolbar: Using this toolbar, you can log in and log out, switch accounts, check license status, set default language, default download music format, save path, and more.

6. Music Player: You can play music in ITUNES LIBRARY or connected devices with this music player.

Detailed features and functions of each module are given below.

1. GET MUSIC: DISCOVER, DOWNLOAD, RECORD

1.1 DISCOVER

It allows you to discover music on the basis of Genres, Artists, Playlists and Top Lists from TunesGo. Meanwhile, you can input the keywords in the search bar to search your favorite music on YouTube.

1.2 DOWNLOAD

From here, you can download music in MP3 as well as MP4 format from popular sites like YouTube, SoundCloud, MTV, Vimeo and others.

1.3 RECORD

It Allows to record music from any source playing on your PC/Mac, like streaming online music and music from radio stations.

2. ITUNES LIBRARY (Or MUSIC LIBRARY)

It shows the content present in iTunes Library by type, like Music, Movies, Playlists, Downloaded, Recorded, Music Videos, Home Videos and others.

For Mac version, we name it as ITUNES LIBRARY;  but for Windows version, there are two situations: one situation is named as MUSIC LIBRARY when iTunes is not installed on PC; and the other is named as ITUNES LIBRARY when iTunes has been installed on PC. Hereinafter, we will name it as ITUNES LIBRARY by default.

3. DEVICE

It will prompt you to connect the device when no device detects on PC/Mac.

After your connection to iOS device or Android device, the interface will show the connected device as well as media files in the device. Meanwhile, some shortcuts will be shown, like Transfer Music to iTunes, Delete Duplicate Music and so on.

4. TOOLBOX

It enables you to perform various functions which are listed below.

5. REMOVE DRM

5. Setting Toolbar

It contains icons for the following functions. There are two different points between trial version and formal version.

5.3 Sign In (Only for formal version)

You can see your account information of TunesGo and all of other installed Wondershare programs' license status (Valid or Invalid) as well as some recommended apps. In addition, you can switch accounts or sign out from here.

5.4 Menu

From Menu, you can find Settings, Feedback, Tutorial, FAQ and more shown as below.

From Settings, you can find: General to set language; Download to set download format, path, quality etc.; Record to set record model, path and others; Android to set saving path.

5.5 Switch to iTunes Plug-in

You can switch TunesGo to be iTunes plug-in mode by this button.

Please see the iTunes plug-in mode as below, the left panel is iTunes, and the right panel is TunesGo.

5.6 Minimize/Maximize/Close TunesGo Window

6. Music Player

You can play music in ITUNES LIBRARY or connected devices to PC/Mac. By default, the music player will play songs starting from the 1st song of Music in ITUNES LIBRARY. Lyrics and play modes are available as well.
