Rebuild iTunes Library

Step 1. Launch TunesGo

Download, install and launch TunesGo software on your PC/Mac.

Step 2. Connect the device with PC/Mac

Using the USB cable, connect iPhone/iPad/iPod to PC/Mac. The connected device will be detected and a prompt will be shown as below, here we make iPhone for example.

Step 3. Click TOOLBOX > REBUILD ITUNES LIBRARY

On the main interface page of software, click TOOLBOX and from given options select REBUILD ITUNES LIBRARY.

Step 4. Click "Start" to go ahead with the process

A new window will open where you need to click Start to go ahead with the process.

Step 5. Check options and start to copy music to iTunes

Scanning of files will be done and will show you the files on your device which are not present on your iTunes. All types of files like music, videos and others will be shown by default. You can select the ones which you wish to copy. After selecting the files, click  “Copy to iTunes” to start transferring the files.

Step 6. Rebuilding iTunes Succeeds

Once the files are copied, message for the same will appear.
